Welcome to Paw Shaped Love! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Paw Shaped Love, a brand of Heart Shaped Rocks Studio LLC. Paw Shaped Love operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”), together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read carefully—they include important information such as warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (/policies/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Paw Shaped Love may accept or decline your order at our discretion. Your order is accepted once we confirm acceptance and your payment is processed. Please review your order carefully; we may be unable to cancel once accepted. If we cannot accept or must change/cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy (/policies/refund-policy).
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at checkout and will be listed in your order confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges.
Prices in our online store may differ from prices in physical or third-party stores. Promotions may have separate terms that govern in case of conflict with these Terms.

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier.

Paw Shaped Love names, logos, product/service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Heart Shaped Rocks Studio LLC or its affiliates/licensors. You may not use them without prior written permission. Shopify names and marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names and marks are the property of their respective owners.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Paw Shaped Love is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Heart Shaped Rocks Studio LLC (dba Paw Shaped Love). By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Paw Shaped Love, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products/services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Paw Shaped Love.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL HEART SHAPED ROCKS STUDIO LLC (DBA PAW SHAPED LOVE), OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS—OR SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES—BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS/REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS), ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heart Shaped Rocks Studio LLC (dba Paw Shaped Love), Shopify, and our/its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or your use of the Services. We will notify you of indemnifiable claims; failure to promptly notify does not relieve obligations unless materially prejudicial. We may control the defense/settlement at your expense; no settlement requiring your non-monetary obligations will be made without your consent (not unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defense.

You and Heart Shaped Rocks Studio LLC (dba Paw Shaped Love) consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the courts of that jurisdiction.
