Shipping & Delivery

FREE shipping on all US orders over $75.
Flat-rate shipping of $4.90 on US orders under $75.

Production time: Because each item is made to order just for you, 
please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be printed and 
shipped. We'll always do our best to get it out sooner.

Delivery time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive in 
2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email the 
moment your order leaves our print partner.

US orders only: We currently ship within the United States only. 
International shipping is not available at this time.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins quickly after you place your order, we 
can't guarantee changes or cancellations once the order is 
confirmed. If you need to make a correction, email us immediately 
at care@pawshapedlove.org — we'll do everything we can to help 
before printing starts.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping 
carriers, or for packages that are lost or delayed due to an 
incorrect address entered at checkout. If your package shows 
delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local 
post office first, then reach out to us at care@pawshapedlove.org.
