Refunds & Returns

We’re a small shop and each item is made to order just for you. That helps reduce waste—thank you! While we can’t take change-of-mind returns, we’ll always make things right if there’s an issue.

What we’ll happily fix
• Misprints, defects, or damage on arrival
• Wrong item received
• Lost packages (no movement or missing after the estimated delivery window)

How to get help (fastest)
Email care@pawshapedlove.org with:
• Order number
• Brief description of the issue
• Photos (full item, close-up of the problem, and—if damaged—the mailer/label)

Timing: Please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or of the estimated delivery date for lost packages). We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once reviewed. Please don’t send items back—we don’t keep warehouse inventory and our print partners can’t receive returns.

Made-to-order policy (about sizing & preferences)
Because we print on demand, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for size/fit, color preference, or change-of-mind. Our shirts run true to standard US sizing — if you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Need sizing help before you buy? Reach out—we’re happy to recommend the right fit. If you ordered the wrong size, email us; we can usually offer a discounted remake.

What isn’t eligible
• Size/fit or color preference
• Orders with an incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
• Normal wear and tear after washing/using the item

Refunds
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank/card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

International & legal notes
We follow applicable local consumer laws. If your region grants extra rights (e.g., EU/UK withdrawal rights), email care@pawshapedlove.org and we’ll guide next steps.
